Exhibitor service

Organisations, institutions and companies that want to exhibit their products are invited to participate in the exhibition.

The exhibition will take place on an area of 2’100 m² and is divided into four parts:

1          Information point
Beside the information booths of the Federal Office for Agriculture, the FAO and other organisations, national and international organisations are invited to build up their information booths. The information area is a beverage and food free area..

2          Stands
At the exhibition stands, various goods such as cheese and other milk products, dried meat, or handicraft products can be tasted and sold.  

3          Coffee corner / Stage
            A place for demonstrations and specific exhibitions as well as a coffee corner (beverages 
            and snacks, no hot meals) is at the rear part of the tent.

4          Cinema
The cinema, where topic relevant movies will be shown, provides places for 30 – 40 people. If required, a stage can be built up.

Exhibition space
Exhibition space in the tent is free of charge. Exhibitors should bring their own material and stands. If required, exhibition stands of the size 1.83 x 0.76 m could be provided free of charge.

Parking place
There are no parking places on the Höhematte. After unloading the material the cars have to be parked somewhere else.
